Sharp Electronics – Relocation of US headquarters from Mahwah, NJ to Montvale NJ.  Long-term lease of 82,000 as part of a corporate restructure.

Omnicom – Over 20 transactions including the leasing of 80,000SF in Jersey City, NJ in conjunction with $39.4 Million in state incentives creating 450 new jobs in New Jersey

Arch Chemicals – Atlanta, GA.  Negotiated three separate leases totaling 310,000SF for different divisions of Arch Chemicals expanding their Laboratory and manufacturing\distribution divisions.  Additionally, negotiated a $1,000,000 incentive for the relocation of their 60,000SF corporate office.
